This was my problem with F1 2015.
To be fair, DriveClub and Project Cars had similar issues, but when you're in career mode it's much more frustrating. Getting a black flag after being spun by a knock on your rear end by the AI is irritating. Getting warned for aggression when ridiculously overpowered AI competition turns into you on a corner, is just poorly designed gameplay. It mattered less in the other games because you weren't in a long season. Project Cars 2 has apparently sorted that out, so I'll wait to see which one has the best AI from reviews. F1 2015 was a little more arcadey than sim, which also made it more accessible and fun at times, especially for those who don't have time sessions of hours on end.
Better example here
of how well it plays, right up until the AI goes nuts and tells you the brakes are optimum, and tyres are good. Then it understeers in every corner, and an AI car dives up the inside of you on a 160mph bend. Great in third person view, but impossible to avoid from the in car view. It really does drive beautifully when it wants to though.
F1 2015 looked nice then on the PS4, so should look great on PC now.
