HI
Can i ask how i can find out who supplies the braodband to the house I now rent out? I think the previous tenants left without cancelling the deal and no one can help me start a new contract

Who pays the phone bill? If the landlord pays it on your behalf, that'll be a problem, but if you pay your own phone bill, you would need to start a new ADSL connection from scratch (assuming it's a BT phone line and not a TalkTalk "unbundled" one)

Who is no one?

The rules state, that if its three days or more since you took over the line rental billing for the voice service, then the provider you are trying to order through should try to establish that you are proper occupier, and then use the Tags helpdesk to get this old service removed.

http://www.openreach.co.uk/orpg/products/migrations/migrations.do for those with a strong constitution you will find this info at that link

if it's on line and you can connect to the router/modem... try an ipconfig to get the IP address then look that up via a DNS lookup tool.
