Nope, however their help section says .......
You can call our customer service team on 0844 815 7777 (calls cost 5p per minute or are free to silver and gold members using our phone services).

To my knowledge, UW use TalkTalk and Tiscali for their services.

Did you mean that, or did you mean "To the best of my knowledge"? Big difference, even to non-pedants.
