Hi
The test socket test normally will show if you have problems with your connection to the exchange . In your case with the figures you give there seems to be no problem.
To get a complete picture can you post your stats here .If you need help with stats see link below .
http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/frogstats.php

One thing that is odd apart from the low DL speed is that you have a very low US speed .I have often seen very Low DL speeds caused by contention . In some cases the US speed was higher (virtually normal ). Have you tried a differnt speed tester ?
Try this bt tester it will show profile .

You may need to be patient

It's a repeating problem I'm afraid.

They are gaining customers rapidly and ordering/installing new equipment keeps failing to keep up frown. Once they get new kit it is fine for 2-3 weeks then starts going down again.

Your particular problem, if it only started in the last few days, could very well be due to Wimbledon so may improve now.

Are you within the 30 days money-back period? If you are, (despite me being an O2 fan), I suggest you get out.

Look at Vivaciti LLU. (But none of their other packages for other reasons too long to go into now).

Is Vivaciti unlimited or FUP ? I saw someone's sig saying 75 GB FUP. Also worth noting that several Demon customers on being switched to C&W LLU found the connection very unstable.
