also need to get sky tv before new year

If you have not already placed an order then you wont get connected until new year.

you can sign up online 24hours day 365 days a year + do it now and there is some good cash back deals to be had with o2

if u can get LLU at ur exchange (check samknows) then definately go for o2 but if not then shop around some more because BT im my opinion are too pricey and shoddy customer service and should be stayed away from certainly

You can place an order online at any time. Dont know about telephone ordering, but you wont get broadband connected until new year .

You can sign up online 24/7 as previous poster says. Customer Service are open throughout, though on reduced hours - check their website for the actual details (not sure where though...).

Bear in mind that it takes around 5 working days to get the broadband installed and that won't start until 24-48hours after your phone line is up and running.

Basically, if you need a phone line and broadband installing then it will be a couple of weeks minimum to get connected!

If you got the phone line and ordered today then you would be live on or around 5th Jan.
