I'm new to this site which I've only recently found after trying to work out what is going on this my broadband service.
I have the quality meter running which is showing huge bursts of packet loss. Has anyone any ideas where on earth I start.

The problem started about ten days ago and I get these packet loss periods at various times of the day and/or evening. Not every day - I can go two or three days without anything.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
