line stats talktalk forum

Hi i have been trying for a week now to register on talktalks forum , made quite a few phone calls and sent emails , i would like to get my line profile upgraded
here are my line stats Rate (Kbps): 851 kbps 213 kbps

SNR Margin (dB): 9.0 11.9
Attenuation (dB): 69.0 44.7
Output Power (dBm): 0.0 12.3


Super Frames: 998037 998037
RS Correctable Errors: 63621 275
RS Uncorrectable Errors: 196 65504
If anyone is a talktalk forum member perhaps they could help me

Do you know there is a TalkTalk forum on this site? Might be an idea to post there, but I suggest you delete the post I'm replying to, then I'll delete mine.

Cross-posting (same in two places) is frowned upon, and you already have two very similar in this forum smile. The TT one stands the best chance anyway.
