Can I do anything about my broadband speed - please help ???

[link to this post]

Hi Everyone

I live about 2.9km from my exchange (I know line length will be more) and when I download I tend to get a downlad speed of about 220kbps. I am with O2 and using their Thomson Wireless Box 4

Is that download speed about what to expect. I'd love to get more especially with more streaming video online.

Is there anything I can do ?

Thankyou for your help

Can you post your line stats reported by your router?
