Xilo broadband problems

[link to this post]

I have been having a lot of problems tonight on xilo broadband. My internet has been slow and sems to be timeing out. Speed tester sometimes don't work but when it did, i'm only getting about 2mb and even less that 1mb 45 mins ago.

When I used test in my speed touch router it had a big red X next to DNS Server 1

No issues that we're aware of and no influx of tickets.

Please drop us a support ticket if not already done so and we'll investigate for you.

Thanks but just posting above were hard enough, as it timed out. So login in to xilo is not going to work at the moment.

I am just running a speed test again and speed is poor but it seem to have been stuck for the last 5 mins. It won't compleat.

Have you turned the router off, and left if for 5 minutes or so? That sometimes sorts things out.

What sort of router is it?

We don't have capacity issues at single exchanges, but could be BT Wholesale, C&W et all.

If you've rebooted your device however and that has "fixed" the issue, it was likely the issue.

No one else has reported a problem that I can see and no monitoring is indicating any issues, or losses on monitored lines.
