FTTC Rollout

[link to this post]

BT seemed to have updated the list of exchanges on their web site with the listings now being dated November

Those with an actual month given is a pretty short list with most showing Dec this year and a handfull March next year and thats it.

Scottish Labour politician: “The SNP are on a very dangerous tack. What they are doing is trying to build up a situation in Scotland where the services are manifestly better than south of the border in a number of areas.”

Interviewer: ”Is that a bad thing?”

Scottish Labour politician: “No, but they are doing it deliberately.”

Shocking, isnt it? My town is one of the largest in Lancashire yet smaller towns are listed as getting fibre in 2012. Menwhile, my location looks like it will be 2013 and beyond at the earliest.

Since its BT's own funding its a case of waiting, rollout continues till 2014 so how is it shocking.

You're town has LLU/cable options?

Brackley now just says 2012 instead of March 2012. Odd that since they or their contractors have spent the last week digging up the side of the road leading to my cabinet.

Oh well - the longer it takes the more chance there is I can stay with Be.
