No idea what the CC might be, but SFI could be (it is a BT term) Serious Fault Investigation/Investigator. Does that sound feasible?

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk
My domains, website and mail hosting - Tsohost. Internet connection - IDNet Home Starter Fibre. Live BQM.

A quick Google gave Customer Controlled Special Fault(s) Investigation here on page 4.

Edited to correctly capitalise.

Good find. I googled but not so thoroughly. Posting to say that I couldn't get "Charge-Coupled" out of my mind, which was clearly wrong. Shocking!

Special Fault Investigation. I've not come across the CC bit before either, but basically an appointed broadband fault, raised by the CP for Openreach to visit.
