TOR should not be used for torrents!!! It's not designed for it.

Good, free? No. Not for long at any rate. Any good free one will quickly become swamped. You'd spend longer keeping on top of things than you'd spend benefiting from them.

Far wiser to look for a paid VPN service or to consider investing in a seedbox.

TOR is not designed for torrents, they'll crawl along.

Also, remember that "good" to you might mean speed, but also consider privacy too; if you're looking for a proxy I'm going to go out on a limb and suspect that the torrents aren't entirely above board, therefore you might want to check what territory your prospective seedbox or VPN service is based in & what they state about logging.

Hotspot Shield is possibly the most popular Free VPN client in the world. It made waves when Hulu was launched as it allowed users to watch Hulu even when it was blocked. Now, they have US & UK based VPN services which you can use to protect yourself from WiFi Snoopers, identity thefts and censorships. The best part is, Hotspot Shield provides unlimited bandwidth and works on both PC & Mac.

If your looking to download torrents I would recommend a Seedbox, miles better. Plus many Seedbox providers also have VPN/SSH tunneling aswell!
