LOL. In my business, projects always end up having to choose 2 of 3 too: On time, On Budget, or Including all functionality.

Probably not, as he would surely have given us the link.

He must also have further information, because that Agenda doesn't mention rollout plans.

He's a very lucky fellow, as he always has superior knowledge of the truth of what is going on than the rest of us.
