BT test

[link to this post]

For weeks now, I've been unable to get a BT test to complete: http://www.speedtester.bt.com/

No matter what time of day or night I try it, I get 'testing your best effort service for Test 1', Then 'Now testing upstream speed for Test 1'
Sometimes it siezes up at that point, other times it completes 100% then siezes up doing no more, and after a minute I get:
Test Error
The system is currently busy. Please try again shortly, however if this problem persists, raise the issue with your service provider.

Any reason this is happening?

I of many reasons speedtester fails to work is that java has been disabled in browser.
In Mozilla Firefox Tools - Addons
In IE Manage Addons

Only works if you have BT Wholesale Line

Yes that one works, but it seems very basic results compared to the other one.

Run the diagnostic test, using the Further Diagnostics button.

I think Orrible has broken Java.

laugh
I hate updates as they often seem to mess up things that work well, but I did update Java in September and think it was likely after that I stopped getting results from that Java BT tester!
Whatever, the link you gave me works.
