Yes ... Seb has a set of criteria as to who gets it and who does not.

If using it and there is clearly no further information required, many just enter a full stop in the text box. Sometimes the text box is useful though.

He has said in the past a lot of it is automated.

I get the feeling a suggestion list comes up from that and every now and then a human scans it and accepts/rejects. Till next time.

Some people seem to get it and lose it repeatedly.

Seb doesn't like wearing dirty shoes.
