If 12mm diameter 10 pairs, 15mm 20 pairs

Thanks, wish it were that simple but already looked at that, and underneath the section in question:

Note: Cables available in pair range 2 - 100

10-20 pairs seems excessive for a drop. From what I've read 4 is more common, hopefully one of the Openreach bods will know smile

So thats a recently fitted UG feed.

Commonest used for small/single dwellings will be 2 pair. The answer will most likely be visible under the cleat, just before it says 0.5 (the gauge of the copper).

Can you not readily see either end ?

I believe the item code 034468 confirms it as 2 pair PET 0.5mm
