Can someone help me understand this tracert?

Internet was lagging, so I did a tracert. This is a really weird result I have never seen before.

Suggestion is packet loss between your broadband router and where ever the hop 2 device is

What's weird about it? Hosts often treat pings as low priority or refuse to respond to them.

All it tells you is that your ping to google is 17 ms avg.
