Who is Primus

[link to this post]

I see a company called Primus is advertising broadband packages but I can not find them in this sites list of Broadband providers nor can they be found in Broadband Providers Forum. Could someone offer an explanation for this.

My current o2 broadband contract ends in a couple of months and I would like to keep track of the offers that appear so that when the time arrives I can make an informed decision.
Regards
Bob

NewCallTelecom is the firm behind them, and don't meet listing criteria for an ADSL provider. They usually resell a TalkTalk Wholesale service, but do not have their own dedicated IP block.

The ip block does not affect performance, but makes it hard for us to detect the ISP in speed tests etc
