Installation of Mk2 iplate

Does this video by Mr Saffron still apply? The Mk 2 has two terminals on the front, which appear to be for the main phone line. I assume this are not used except by a BT engineer.

Same principle for how it fits.

The iPlate just filters the ring wire and does not replace microfilters.

The MK2 VDSL place replaces the need for microfilters, and top socket is for VDSL2 modem and bottom socket for the phone
