I ordered Broadband with BT almost a month ago now and they still haven't activated it. They are saying that the order is failing because there is an existing TAG for a broadband order on the line/exchange and they don't know who it's with?
It's a new line that BT installed, is there any way I can find out who the order might be with so I can cancel it? Or any other solutions?
