688 million FEC errors? That's horrendous. Probably caused by the low SNR margin on downlink. Your SNR margin may need tweaking.

What's all that mess on your BQM? Is that related to the FECs? Which ISP, as your sig is out of date?

Edit - I notice your OP date/time is bang inside one of the solid red bands.

My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk | Domains,site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync ~ 56.4/14.5Mbps @ 600m. - BQM

Sorry yeah i removed the sig now

i'm just with BT at the moment.

not sure about the fec errors i was hoping it was a glitch on the router but yeah BT DLM set it at 6 then to 3 DB SNR.

As you don't seem to be getting many disconnections it would be good to have your BQM back in this case, even though you have a dynamic IP address. It looks as though you've deleted that from your tbb profile as well?

If DLM dropped the SNRM to 3dB it couldn't have been seeing many errors at the time, and it's surprising it hasn't upped it again. How is the line behaving in normal use?

It seems pretty good so far just a lot of lag during peak times i'm still in cooldown so looking to switch to something else maybe

i will set up a BQM in a few hours.
