[link to this post]

Hello,

Does anyone have the email address or customer service manager for BT Open Reach? Want to send them a complaint email about their engineers

Oops! Totally misread that, my mistake.

You can try Mr Garner but I got a stock response about routing a complaint through my provider.

Mine was a complaint about missed engineer visit but perhaps if it's about their conduct or quality of work he will take better interest.

So yeah sorry, Mr Patterson is only good to you if you're a BT Broadand customer but if not try contacting your provider CEO as well.

Being OR - he is "forbidden" from speaking with end users.

A friend of mine works for OR (nothing to do with Broadband or installations). When he has a fault, he is not allowed to call his ISP, BT, from his office or mobile phone even though it is a personal/residential issue and not work related.

Well emailing Gavin Patterson's office will get a response regarding BT Openreach as well then (if they're so inclined)

he actually put me in touch with the openreach support desk who reset my DLM and gave me some info about my line wink

I did contact him not long after he was appointed tho so he may have changed his approach since then.

Remember though, it is not BT that insists on the internal "walls" but OFCOM.
