I have a Virgin Media, Phone number and Broadband.
Untill very recently, when doing a check for ADSL/Fibre and done an address check, have always got up the normal BT availability info.
However on checking last week as to show a customer what could be got have found that they will no longer give me info re my address. Don't know if this is just for Virgin Media Customers or all Non BT Customers or just me.
See No info for what I now get.
Would this mean that if I ever wanted to change to FTTC I would have problems, as Postcode Checker doesn't even mention Fibre and I know which Cabinet it used to say I was on. And Phone says not recognised as it should as is a Virgin Media Number.
