I might be missing something here but I thought you had to call your 'service provider'?
Whether that be phone or DSL.

Sorry - I replied thinking this was micksharpe's thread about the wall bolt.

The indispensable man or woman passes from the scene, and what happens next is more or less the same thing as was happening before.
My broadband basic info/help site - www.robertos.me.uk. Domains, site and mail hosting - Tsohost.
Connection - Plusnet UnLim Fibre (FTTC). Sync 57584/13846kbps @ 600m. - BQM

These ain't secret numbers to 'BT', they are just some engineer's mobile numbers that shouldn't be published on this site.

Wrong, they are the numbers CALLED by the engineers, back to their base on my line. DIAL the darned numbers like I DID and see where you end up - Something I did 400 miles from home when I found calls going out on my line with nobody at home.

these comments are my own and in no way represent any company that i may or may not be linked too.

Well a fool could work that out - They START with 07 - You are clever enough to work for Openscreech. Why not just DIAL them instead of rubbishing everything I post.
