Do you have any port forwarding or DMZ settings in place? You say you have reset the router do you mean a reset to factory default settings?
I made a new game for the camera. Then I attempted to assign that game to the camera's IP address. Then I got the error message. No other port forwarding in place. I did a hard reset with the reset button and a reset to factory in the Technicolor home page. Thanks.
What are the exact settings you setup when you created the "game or application"?
Normally the message you are getting means that the service is already being port forwarded to somewhere else (at least on the routers I've used in the past - I have no direct experience of the Technicolor but the manual looks like it should be relatively straight forward).
