What is DESILT X3 FOR CONGESTED BOXES ??

[link to this post]

Well I saw this job pop up on the roadworks site right near my exchange and was wondering what is "DESILT X3 FOR CONGESTED BOXES"

Is it basically the removal of sand in the boxes ?

It is probably referring to box culverts.

If you are referring to those huge tunnel things (just did a google search), then its not those, there is none of those in that area.

I am thinking they are referring to chambers due to there are a few right near where roadworks says the job is located.

Seen a BT chamber being cleaned out here last year with a gully sucker.
