Perhaps a silly thread title, but what folks experience of the best way to interact with VM to get them to investigate the performance of my access? From 4pm through to about midnight on weekdays I'm getting pretty poor pingtimes and I'm reliably informed that XBox live suffers huge lag. BQM does seem to confirm this as shown Here...It just looks like heavy load and its certainly more spread through the day over the wekeend.
I don't want to spend hours on the phone and I don't want to waste their time either if this is just the performance I should be expecting...
