Just completed my video interview first one of its kind I've ever done so hope I did myself justice.

Moving from Sky to BT dropping close on 10k a year but for the less stress, family life etc I'm willing to take the hit and go to OR.

Anyone else done the same type of interview?

Think you're the first! What do you do?

It was very strange to be honest first one I've ever done and you go mind blank, dead head just like a real interview, was looking for the pause button LOL.

You had 5 questions all different I presume between candidates.
Your shown the question for say 1 minute then you start the video interview answering the question say for 2 minutes,

Your not shown the questions before the interview so its all just like the real thing and answers are off the cuff.

Before the interview you also do a Situational Strengths Test and that's a series of questions with answers and you move the answers into the order you think are correct, they also send to you after the Situational Strengths Test has been carried out a Online Test Feedback Report and that's a nice touch where you see your strengths and weaknesses.

Anyone got any ideas my passport ran out last Nov I don't have a birth certificate I've applied to renem my passport should I wait for it to arrive or put the old passport number in an crack on

The new starter porthole states that you can use an expired passport up to 3 years out of date as long as the corner isn't cut off!
