Vectoring rollout

[link to this post]

From what I have seen on MWDS which now shows vectoring status, vectoring seems to be being rolled out on BDUK cabinets. My cab is government funded under the Digital Durham scheme. Will I see it? I did ask Openreach on twitter but never got a reply. Anything official or unofficial rumours?

From what I gather, it's only being used on cabs that have a number of long lines that would fall short of the target speeds that scheme has set, be that 24 or 30mbps.

If like me, you're on a cab where all lines are under 1km and therefore all properties are likely to achieve >24 or 30mbps, I wouldn't hold your breath.

I think most properties around here are well over the 24m threshold. Although there only appears to be the 1-speed test on the TBB map for my area and that's around the 50s.
