Have you seen a GP and been referred as you need help.

there is help available go see your Gp there nothing wrong with going on medication if you need it mental illness of any form is a nightmare to deal with alone I suffer myself with Anxiety & Panic Disorder as well as depersonalisation/derealisation brought on by Anxiety be strong dont let it get the better of you take back control you can do it

Thanks I try to cheer up and my gp has refer me to councelling session. A little bit of help. They were shocked of my illness to blame down to carer job is huge stressful effect on me in care home. I have now resigned from the job. Too much for me.

I'm really sorry to hear this, Max, like others in the TBB community we have enjoyed your entertaining posts over the years. One of our community group also suffers from depression, it's an illness that can affect anyone just like any physical illness, it's not your fault and I'm glad to hear you have found help.

Could I suggest that you try and walk a mile or two daily, it really helps keep your body moving and your circulation healthy. I hope you recover soon and we look forward to reading your posts again. All the very best -- Mike
