Thanks all for the input,,,,i had hoped that the initial visit by OR would fix this and that he would have sufficient level of training and authority to go and do whatever was needed to fix the problem. This doesnt seem to be the case. He initiated a soft C&R with BT wholesale. They did this but it was a no fix. A visit has now been raised for SFI . As suggested, all i want is for the fault to be found and corrected asap and also for those responsible for the fault to fess up and learn from the experience so hopefully preventing it from happening again to other EU's... I am hoping to get final info on this and a full explanation.
