Any printer gurus?

Specifically hardware types familiar with the HP L7680...

Trying to diagnose a "carriage jam" message (yes, googled, been there, and the only relevant entry on HP is useless).

Need to acquire a service manual if anyoen has, or walk-through stripping the beast to work out what is jamming.

Thanks, but not sure how a PCS1610 is relevant? Have I missed something?
