Repairing a Sony Vaio All-In-One vgc-js1e

I've been asked to see if I can repair this computer, but I haven't been able to find any details on how to take the machine apart - being an all-in-one machine, its not as simple as a regular computer frown

The problem is that whilst there is power to the machine, there is no hard disk activity and no screen display either.

My alternative is to take it to the local computer shop (not PC World as they quoted over £200 to fix it) for an estimated repair and then decide what to do on then.

There's a site here that sells the service manual for $10. Never used them personally, so I can't vouch for their reliability.
