Where have all the WiFi Access Points gone?

[link to this post]

Just moved to a vDSL/FTTC connection and it came with a BT Openreach configured modem, which I then connected to my firewall.

Wanting now to upgrade my Wi-Fi to a dual band 802.11ac access point, to cover me for the next few years, and..... I'm finding it hard to find a domestic one. Cisco do a WAP371-A-K9 but it still has 'issues', and it's not exactly a 'domestic' one either.

Can anyone suggest one which does multiple SSID and supports vlans?

Have you checked the reviews on the main site?

Again, not quite a domestic one, but the Ubiquiti UniFi UAP-AC offers simultaneous dual band, VLANs and multiple SSIDs. It's about the same price as the Cisco you mention.

I've only used their single band access points but have had good results in commercial installations.
