touch screen not working

Hi, my Dell laptop developed a strange fault, the touch screen does not work for the first few minutes (5 to 10), them starts to work. I have done the logical steps ie device manager deleted the device and restarted the machine, updated the device ect. The laptop came with windows 10 opn it. It is only two months old. I wonder if it is to do with warming up. It does not work when cold!! I have not asked Dell yet.

Sounds like a hardware fault. You should talk to Dell.

Hi, I ran Dell software, it worked but when I restarted it did not work.
