What's even worse is the the product picture shows an empty case. Maybe it's a virtual PC?

'Sir, please,' she said ... 'Will you not share your wisdom with us?'
'I have no wisdom,' he told her.
'Your experiences, then?'
'They have been trivial, uninteresting, and full of error.'

Be interested to know the T&C of the lifetine guarantee.
They're on the page that was linked:
Warranty, Parts: Here at Vibox, we understand all our customers want the peace of mind that in the event of you experiencing a problem with your PC, youre covered for repair. As a result, our fantastic warranty covers EVERY component included in our PCs against any hardware fault that may occur for a full 2 YEARS from the date of delivery (far more than any of our rivals offer). In the unlikely event of a fault occurring during this time, we will swap the part for brand new replacement, at no cost!*

* Exclusions to cover:
> Software issues or faults caused by accidental damage are not covered under the warranty.
>PC repairs/modifications not performed by Vibox will void the warranty.
> Damage incurred due to poor packaging when a PC is returned to us is not covered. If being returned for a refund, a charge will apply to replace damaged parts. We strongly recommend customers keep the original packaging.
> Returns that have not been 1st approved from Vibox.

These terms came into affect on 22/04/15. Please refer to our website for full terms and to check our old warranty terms.

Warranty, Labor: As if the long parts cover our evolution warranty includes wasn't enough, our amazing warranty is truly unique because we are the only PC seller that offers our customers a LIFETIME of labour cover with their PCs, whether that's required for fixing faults or even installing future upgrades! This means that even if a fault develops after your 2 year parts cover period has expired, our technicians will still try and fix it for you, or at least, diagnose the cause and advise you of required component upgrades. You can then take advantage of our low component prices and have our expert technicians upgrade the PC for you. This effectively means that once you own a Vibox PC, you never need to buy another full system again, only the parts that die or become obsolete. This allows you to keep pace with latest technology at a fraction of the price a new replacement PC would have cost!*

* Exclusions to cover:

And another section of that page:
Our Lifetime Evolution Warranty is the best PC warranty on the market and shows how confident we are in our PCs. It also means it should be THE LAST PC YOU EVER BUY!

Not only does it cover every PC component against fault for a full 2 YEARS (far more than any of our rivals), but we are also the ONLY SELLER to offer a LIFETIME of labour cover with our PCs! This means that if any part becomes faulty within the first 2 years, we will swap them for new ones, FOR FREE! Even if you are outside your parts cover, we will still try to fix any faults you have. After 2 years, if your PC dies or becomes obsolete, most people would just buy a new PC, however with our warranty, we will take a look and quote you for ONLY the parts that need upgrading, saving you fortunes!

For the first 90 days, we will even cover the cost of collecting a faulty PC and also the return cost after repair.

Of course. They'll want to keep their cash cow coming back, assuming they ever get someone in the first place.

Wow, what an exceptionally high price and with Nvidia RTX cards just about to be available too.

I was pricing up Mid to High end PC home builds VS independent UK sellers/builders all the way up to the large multi national PC builders and was surprised to see the monetary differences.

I found the differences in just filling up the shopping trolley on an average priced UK PC component website to be around £600 to £1000 less. It's often hard to see these differences when you start of say with a base model and you customise it yourself with what appear to be reasonable prices.

Of course these companies need to make a profit and pay wages and can save you the hassle if you just haven't got the time or inclination. But when you take into account their cost prices and discounts they seem to be doing quite nicely these days.
