Lo and behold, the goods were declared 'Delivered' on the order tracking site, nine minutes before the scheduled cut off. They arrived 27 minutes after the scheduled cut off, and after I had sent a note to the supplier that goods were not received. I wouldn't have been so quick to contact them, but for the tracking system being mucked about. Sigh.
Don't know whether to have sympathy or anger for Yodel drivers. Not a job I would take.
