I got an email about this too, as hopeful as I am I'll never be able to get it living in a regular house and not an apartment complex.

Would have been nice to get rid of VM and try out Hyperoptic

Would be nice. BT won't give me fibre as I'm too close apparently

Wonder how fast hyper optic work?

Greetings!

First of all apologies for my ADSL2+ speed of response....

We've recently appointed a national team to look at potential Hyper-cities to see whether there's demand for Hyperoptic. Liverpool is indeed one the areas we're looking at however we're still evaluating demand and will choose our next wave of Hyper-cities soon.

Just a bit of background, we're looking at developments - it can be a mixture of flats and town houses, residential and commercial. Residents are encouraged to register their interest via our website www.hyperoptic.com so we can see where the demand is. We will prioritise areas and developments according to demand so it's really important that if you want Hyperoptic in your development, to let your neighbours know too. We will be sending out mailings shortly to help spread to word so keep an eye out smile

If you have any other questions, please feel free to get in touch with me. You can post on this forum, alternatively, you can email me sunita.sharma@hyperoptic.com

Fingers crossed for Liverpool!

Best wishes

I would give my right arm to see Hyperoptic deployed in Liverpool. We have a lot of new housing developments and I'd literally move house to be able to get symmetric 1Gbps fibre. There are a lot of people I've spoken to locally interested in this, and I urge you to seriously consider it! Liverpool is a huge economic centre and a rapidly growing city - you'd find strong interest in this technology.
