No more new deals for existing customers - no loyalty bonus

HO seems to have changed their policy in that no longer can we resubscribe to new deals as existing clients.I used to roll over my contract every year and then get a new 12 month deal.

Poor show, HO is gradually going down the same path as the rest. Nothing special, same rip off.

If you phone them up and threaten to cancel they will offer a better deal. Email they don't bother. But I agree, it's super annoying they don't just let you choose the new customer deal in return for signing another 12 months.

I had no problem getting a new deal. I contacted customer service as I was out of contract and they made me an offer if I signed up for another minimum term. As no one else can match their speed where I am so I signed up.
