Letter from Hyperoptic

In October I have received a letter from Hyperoptc stating they have requested permission from the building owner to have the service installed. I personally registered my interest. However, since then I have heard nothing since. I have noticed on the installation status on the website that is it fully greyed out. It was on "requested permission from building owner" or something along those lines.

Is there any way of finding out what is the current progress?
