In the last half hour, Ive lost connectivity to IDNet 3-4 times. Sync has not been affected. Any known problem?

One of our connections to BT had a brief outage today but our network automatically self-healed correctly and pushed customers over to the other connection until full service was restored. We are investigating the cause.
