I was an IDNet customer 2007-11 during which time I met Rik on countless occasions via this forum. He was always helpful and courteous. Albeit unpaid, he worked very hard for IDNet and its customers. I am saddened to learn of his death and send my sympathy and warmest good wishes to his wife and family.
