To be honest mate it's the ladder I didn't like, climbing the pole is good fun just letting go at the top that is scary! Done quite a few in the field now and it's completely different top training anyway.
Had 2 weeks in Yarnfield then 4 weeks in cardiff so not so bad really! I enjoyed the whole experience!

I found turning on the pole the worst nearly fell on the nursery poles lol although the working belt and lanyard saw to it that I didn't go far. Other than that pole climbing is fine still don't love it but I don't hate it either. Bit hard on the legs and arms but that will no doubt get easier. I'll be out in the field soon just finished my self install buddying so internal wiring next week.

Where will you be based.
When did you receive your job title?
I haven't received mine yet.

Also where is your first week of training?
Staffordshire?

Coming up from Birmingham.
Haven't Yet been told what role I'M doing.

Once you are out in the field you do not have to do turning on the pole , its your call .

Just been told i will be doing the infrastructure role and its in 4 man teams. Anyone know more details about the role
