So I have reached the end of my training and start the final buddying this coming Monday. Can't wait especially since I'll be on a 4 day week for the next 3 -4 weeks including a 4 day weekend smile

As always guys any questions feel free to ask and I will do my best to help.

My comments are my own and represent my opinion only not that of any person or company I may have links to.

Apparently also slightly faster track for the UG training that comes with a £3000 a year extra benefit so I have heard.

Nope, they have made it fair across the board, for FVR to get the higher grade they need to complete the customer internal wiring course, and the calomi guys need the ug course to get the higher pay grade. So doesn't matter if calomi or FVR both need extra training to get the higher pay.

Hey all! Had a phone call from Zina in the week, and now got my start date in Yarnfield for 7th August, and will be working out of the Narborough, Leicester exchange! Buzzing! Will be a bit of a change from working on the Backhoe Loader production line as a agency temp at Caterpillar, Desford Factory! : )
