Assessment sorted for Wednesday in Glasgow. Looking forward to it. Anyone else on that one?

Good luck for Wednesday and congratulations on being chosen. I'm from Kilmarnock and have been waiting to be called to an assessment centre since last spring. If you wouldn't mind saying - have you been waiting a while? Where abouts in Glasgow is it? Also, when you're at Glasgow would you mind doing a rough count and letting me know how many folks they're inviting for each batch? Thanks in advance. Any other info, either now or later much appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Its a weird one for me, I applied back in 2016 for an engineer role but got lost in the ether somewhere, missed the round in 2017 as the assessments were all booked up and applied in Nov 17, what I found was that you can rattle through the initial stages like the video interview but the assessment is the long wait. I thought I was the first on but I know a previous poster is tomorrow so who knows if there is one today. I reckon Glasgow is the Scotland centre as its a BT building, it is just down from Central Station on the river.

ok, yes I see the building at the river. I'm hopeful this year of being chosen for an assessment centre. Really keen to get the job, get my head down and learn it. Good luck again and hope to maybe hear some feedback.

Have you applied again? Or did you put in a speculative application late last year? I done the latter and genuinely forgot I'd done it when I got an email about the situational test in November. Worth applying again or chasing it up as I'm not sure if they carry everyone's application on from the previous year?

I think they have a max of 12 at each sitting, so Glasgow has 2 assessment days with both AM and PM slots. So a max of 48 people perhaps? Rough guess.

Some assessment days elsewhere started as early as the 4th of January, so they are definitely rolling it out much quicker this year. Best of luck!

I would definitely get an application in. If you log into the BT job page you can see what jobs you have applied for and what status they are on. If the most recent is closed/unsuccessful then get another in just incase.

Hi all. I have my assessment day in Exeter on Wednesday morning. Am getting quite nervous now, which I donít normally, but any advice on what to expect or likely questions to prepare for would be greatly received.

Does anyone know if this will be the first Assessments of the year? Also approximately how many positions are they looking to fill?

Has anyone from South Shields assessments last week heard anything yet?
