Conference call was just confirmation of travel details and hotels etc for starting on Monday, just confirming everyone was happy with the arrangements and to air any concerns.

Hope it's soon, it's killing me not knowing. Been a long wait with it being a bank holiday week as well.

i went for assesment on the wednesday and received a call from anna marie on the friday morning,my mate was assesment monday call on the wednesday but they do state 5 working days,i have read if you dont get a call its a dreaded email but i wouldnt worry just yet, monday was a write off so dont count that and hope you get a call tomorrow.she rings from a mobile number as she is not based in the uk so try not to miss any calls.

BT works in mysterious ways lol, You don't always get a call. I didn't get a call but an email within two days of completing my assessment to confirm that i'd passed.

So please don't stress yourself out.,just case of waiting.

Ahh your right, I hadn't seen that email. That's a mini win for me, it's a half hour commute every day from week 3!

They wanted a tax return, or something along those lines or a customer reference. A letter from your accountant will suffice too.
