So the bonus is pretty much guaranteed for the next 2 years or did I read that wrong?

A lot more pressure on the calomi as u av customers to get to each day so u are under the spotlight as soon as u go live,a lot less pressure on fvr as no time limits on jobs really as long as they get done to a quality standard,no point worrying about anything like that anyway, speed will come

Apparantley its fixed for 2 years with no targets to hit as easy to work out for calomi but not other depts so its a production bonus but with no targets:):)smile

Glad to hear that re: the bonus delighted. At the assessment day, the lead manager mentioned something about the union discussing it so wonder what will happen to it long term?

they are more than willing to pay it but want it performance related and the unions stance is if they dont get brought into meetings to discuss a fair performance level the union arent gonna push for it so happy to leave it be,thats why theyve guaranteed it for us for 2 years as non performance then if it changes we will still get it whatever, the reason for it is that the original starting pay was lowered to get everyone on as an trainee as there was a salary cap to meet the apprenticeship so the bonus was a way of getting it back up

Hi Bud.

I was there in B'ham last week, i have heard back from them and got an offer. But it was over a weeks wait and i did email them after 5 days. if you haven't heard back, drop them an email bud.
they did apologize for the delay so they must be busy.

I got an email the following day saying I had passed the assessment centre and I would be getting a call from someone within a couple of weeks time. When do you start?

Am at the same point as you bud.
got the email, just waiting for the phone call, no doubt we might be on the same course together if we both went to the B'ham assessment.
