I did my assessment day yesterday in Norwich, I got a phone call from recruitment this morning telling me that I'd been successful, with a start date in March and location.

Couldn't believe my luck.

Every last day of the month and you will get what you worked until end of the month, meaning if you start on the 10th you'll get paid for 3 weeks.

I think it depends on the role but I am doing service delivery and it's 12 weeks training.
