The most interesting thing was the $20 price tag for mountain lion.
We may see free OSX updates in the future.

I've not seen any features of Mountain Lion that will tempt me to upgrade. (But then, I'm not a Facebook or Twitter fan.) It seems to continue the convergence with iOS, which I'm not convinced is a good thing.

Cost is not an issue, but I think I'll be following the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" adage in this case.

I think it is basically free. Probably just for server space and band width i supppose
