Anyone had these problems????

Also see a few news articles relating to scuffs and scratches on the new phones.

Probably caused by static electricity. Solution: don't wear nylon (or silk) undies. wink

yeh, I have read some news about the scratches, especially on black version. it is more obvious.

Also it may be due to whichever Chinese factory that Apple is using is saving a few pennies and using a different plastic which may scratch easier.
